2011 Flu Shot Clinic For Caroline Medical Group Seniors

The 2011 Flu Shot Clinic for Seniors (65 years of age and over) will be held on Thursday, October 20 and Thursday, October 27 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. You must present a valid Ontario Health Card. Please remember to wear a short sleeved shirt/blouse. Please do not arrive early as fire regulations limit the number of people allowed in the building.
