Prenatal Care
Program objectives include:
- To ensure timely completion of prenatal monitoring throughout the course of pregnancy.
- To promote and support patient healthy maternal lifestyle choices through the provision of information and supportive lifestyle counseling.
- To ensure support for identified maternal health concerns by promoting access of the C-FHT interdisciplinary team and/or making referrals to community resources where necessary.
